Free returns within 14 days of receiving the order.

If an item arrives damaged free return will be available for 21 days. Please contact using the form with details and photos of the damage to start the return.

If you wish to do custom orders please use the contact form. The prices may be higher for custom orders.

All items are handmade and can vary from how they look in the photos on the product page slightly.

The necklaces are made of glazed ceramic, glass, semi precious beads and gold plated hardware which are delicate material. They can withstand some minor water splashes but please avoid submerging them into water and spraying perfume directly onto them.

Materials are mostly sourced in the U.K and within Europe but sometimes international sourcing is also done.
